🥉 Microsoft 365

microsoft.com is the better choice if you already use Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, or OneDrive.

It's particularly good when email is part of a broader Microsoft business environment.

What about your website host?

This is the important part: you don't necessarily want the same company hosting your website and email.

You keep the domain at your registrar and configure a few DNS records. The email provider supplies the MX, SPF, DKIM, and usually DMARC configuration. Those records are important for reliable delivery and preventing your messages from being treated as spam.

So if your website is already hosted somewhere, you usually don't need to move the website at all just to get better email.
