If by "simultaneous cohorts" you mean something like 10 cohorts of the same 8-week program running at different dates, I'd strongly favor LearnWorlds or Thinkific.

If you mean multiple instructors each running their own classes, with a central registrar/enrollment office, I'd favor LearnWorlds.
