RunCloud is essentially a management panel that sits on top of a VPS you rent yourself; that gives you more control and generally lower costs than a fully managed platform. vps.app

🥉 Cloudways if you don't want to be a sysadmin

Cloudways is more expensive, but dramatically easier. Its agency offering is specifically designed around putting multiple client sites on servers and managing them centrally. Then charge clients something like $25–75/month for hosting + maintenance, depending on what you're providing. Your actual infrastructure cost can remain very low, leaving considerable margin.

Important: I wouldn't put every client on one VPS indefinitely. Once you have enough revenue, I'd split important/high-traffic clients onto separate servers so one problem doesn't take down the whole agency portfolio.
