1. Introduction

Axeman Technology Solutions LLP ("we", "us", "our") operates VisibilityTool.AI, an AI visibility measurement and analytics platform. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our service. By accessing or using VisibilityTool.AI, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account Information: Your email address (obtained via the Keywords Everywhere API during authentication), your Keywords Everywhere user ID, and your plan type (free, bronze, silver, gold, or platinum).
  • Usage Data: Brands and competitor domains you enter for analysis, AI visibility analysis results and historical metric scores, and feature usage patterns within the application.
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type and version, session identifiers, device information, and pages visited within the service.
3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To authenticate your identity via the Keywords Everywhere API
  • To run AI visibility analysis queries across supported language models
  • To calculate and track your brand's visibility metrics over time
  • To improve the accuracy and reliability of our metrics and product features
  • To communicate with you about service updates, if applicable
4. Data Storage and Security

We take the security of your data seriously and employ industry-standard measures to protect it:

  • API keys are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption at rest and are never stored in plaintext in our database
  • Email addresses received from the Keywords Everywhere API are transmitted in encrypted form and decrypted server-side using a shared secret
  • Session data is stored server-side in a dedicated directory with appropriate access controls
  • We do not store plaintext API keys outside of your active authenticated session
  • All communication with third-party APIs is conducted over HTTPS with SSL certificate verification
5. Third-Party Services

VisibilityTool.AI integrates with the following third-party services to provide its functionality:

  • Keywords Everywhere API: Used for user authentication and data operations. Your API key is transmitted securely to verify your identity and plan status.
  • Large Language Model Providers: We submit analysis queries to ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google), and Perplexity to measure your brand's AI visibility. These queries may include your brand name, competitor names, and industry-related terms.

Each third-party service is governed by its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their respective policies for information on how they handle data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data according to the following practices:

  • Account data is retained for as long as your account remains active
  • Analysis data and historical metric scores are retained to enable trend tracking and reporting over time
  • Upon receiving a verified account termination request, we will delete your account data and associated analysis records within a reasonable timeframe
